Over The Years

Over the years, we’ve expanded again and again to keep up with customer demand. We now serve up complete meals, from our ever-popular omelets and waffles to our special fried chicken and catfish dinners.


We’ve seen a lot of changes and we are proud to say that we have a loyal following of patrons and have always strived to maintain our family atmosphere.

Nestled in the Heart of Washington, Mo. We are also located directly across from Mercy Hospital, so if you are visiting or someone you care about is having a procedure, Rothschild's is a great place to sit down and have a cup of coffee (and hopefully calm your nerves) while you're waiting to hear from the hospital - especially if you have family with you.
